Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We are currently planning to use the system across the entire organization. It will help us with talent management, recruiting, and payroll processing. Ease of use and user experience are the primary reasons for selecting Dayforce.

  • Lengthy implementation.
  • Not fully understanding the business that you are implementing.
  • Cerdian has improved the amount of time that is required for processing employees and other important admin roles. This reduces the amount of employee time required for processing, which limits the need for overhead costs.
  • We have increased the training capabilities of our employees who are not always on-site. This allows us to train employees on new service offerings, improving the ability to earn and place individuals in certain roles.
Ceridian provides a seamless compliance offering with payroll and taxes. This gives us comfort over the important requirements surrounding all legal and tax issues.
This was the primary reason for choosing Cerdian. We love the opportunity for employees to use one location for all of these items. It is important that we can make that end-user experience as easy and beneficial as possible.
End users not adopting the product. Time is money in our industry and our employee base knows it. It is extremely important to reduce the effort and time required.
Dayforce is well suited for companies that are trying to improve their employee experience. Talent management, employee training, and employee engagement are key to the Ceridian platform with our company. It may be less appropriate for companies that are smaller and have less employees just due to the heavy implementation and customization of the system.
