Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We are currently using Dayforce for our payroll administration and HR record keeping. Employees have access to Dayforce to update their personal information and view vacation balances.

Pros

  • Streamlined Payroll
  • Customizable to fit our needs

Cons

  • Interfacing with third-party vendors
  • The system loads very slowly.
  • Report builders could be more streamlined - it’s not always easy to find the fields you need to add to the report.
  • We are just coming out of our implementation and are still trying to work with them through all the glitches so it’s too soon to tell.
We don’t have them all in Dayforce.
Dayforce works best when you have all the modules working together but we’ve had trouble interfacing it with some of our other vendors like benefits and timekeeping.
