Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We are a global organization who now has the capability to track all of our global employees, whether we pay them through Dayforce or not. It’s also been a one-stop shop for us as it relates to performance, recruiting, and onboarding; so it makes it extremely convenient for employees and managers, in addition to all the admins that we have.

- For the most part support has been great, but you occasionally get the person who doesn’t really know anything
- Finding all the bugs that implementation missed

It helps us ensure proper state tax forms are filled out by employees in that state, and we’re getting ready to use ACA so there’s definitely some improvements I’ve seen so far over a last system.
It definitely makes our process starting with requisition approval to candidate interviews to candidate selection to hiring them a much easier and streamlined process.
It just makes everything easier when everything is in one location, so if an issue comes up, you have one main point of contact to help handle all modules.
