Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce for our Timekeeping and Payroll system. It is being used by most of our organization and slowly implemented across the board. We have been successfully using the product and it has made our payroll process much smoother and efficient.

Pros

  • Reporting
  • Real Time punches

Cons

  • Payroll codes working properly
  • Ceridian Support questions answered more time efficiently
  • Increased productivity.
  • Reduced paper costs.
It allowed us to automate compliance within our companies and confirm real pay details by using authenticated employee punches.
The HCM data being in one central place is great for quick access and real time information. Unfortunately we do not use the recruiting or hiring module to get the full effect.
Having all applications functioning in one system is amazing! Real time information and easy navigation make the payroll processes much easier.
Ceridian offers a good timekeeping system with instant day to day information that transfers to payroll. Reports or custom built reports are also a plus!
