Having the modules together allows for accurate real time calculations of time, pay, and benefit costs. This saves us so much time by having one system. We are able to essentially process payroll from anywhere. Prior to Dayforce we used multiple systems and had to upload multiple files to process payroll. We dont do that anymore, we have easily cut our processing time in half.

800 - We have over 800 employees who use Dayforce for self services which includes timekeeping and accessing paychecks, year end forms, etc.
We have over 100 managers who use Dayforce for time reivew, performance reviews, attendnace tracking, annual merit review and processing and reporting.
We have about 4 client admin SME's who use Dayforce to maintain and enhance our current datebase.

4 - We have about 4 who are trained enough to support the database. We have one HRIS manager. The SME's each have an area they focus on such as benefits and recruiting. The SME's also attend most of the webinars and training provided by Dayforce. Having a small team helps us to keep from having too many hands in the cookie jar but also allows us to have additional support to bounce ideas off of.

Yes - We replaced Ultimate (UKG) and also a small timekeeping system through Midwest Time

Our most important factor when changing was ensuring we were able to have a single system that we could perform all HR tasks we wanted and needed to.
I dont think I would change the selection process, but I would investigate and spend more time making sure we went with a strong implantation team... we had a very rocky and unorganized implementation.
