Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Ceridian Dayforce to process payroll for 13K+ employees for Long Term Care. We are the largest Nursing Home company in Texas. We use Ceridian Dayforce for Benefits. We onboard at least 4-10 acquisitions per year. We have to track RN hours for PBJ and Telehealth.

- They help with implementation of Ceridian Dayforce with new facilities
- They help with all of our tax issues.

- The Ceridian Dayforce App could use upgrading / not very user friendly
- Less dependence on paper
We track RN coverage for Telehealth thru Ceridian Dayforce. We use Ceridian Dayforce for all of our shift differentials and extra bonuses.
We have a huge turnover in our industry and it helps us to make decisions on hiring needs.
It is easier to navigate thru the screens and process payroll batches.
