Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
When in my office, I am able to place and receive phone calls from my computer, using my desk phone and office number. When working remotely, I am able to place and receive phone calls from my computer, using my office number. My location of work is transparent to those I'm collaborating with.
I am also able to have visibility of incoming phone calls to my coworkers, and answer their phones if they aren't available, no matter my location. Customer service is enhanced by this flexibility.
I'm not sure if it's Cisco Jabber, or the Cisco phone system, but the delivery of voicemail to my email inbox is an improvement to voicemail that has seriously improved voicemail technology.

- It took me a while to figure out how to change the ringtones
- I would like the ability to use my own ringtone, both on computer and on my desk phone.
- We have increased out phone customer service with Cisco Jabber.
