Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Events
We used Cisco Webex Events for many years as our sole webinar provider. When we started, they were the biggest player in the space and served the purpose of being able to provide a pretty reliable service to host online trainings and events. We used this provider within our entire organization.
- Training
- Reliable/not much downtime
- Brand recognition
- Customer service
- Pricing for higher tiers
- It was very costly for the features we wanted.
- It was not overly user-friendly, and attendees got frustrated they couldn't join on mobile.
- Zoom
Cisco Webex Events never adapted or innovated so that's why I switched us to Zoom. The price difference, customer service, and functionality are like night and day. The cloud recording and registration options are so much easier and intuitive compared to Cisco Webex Events. After being a customer of Cisco Webex Events for over 8 years, I thought they would care when I told them I wanted to cancel our account but they never did. My only regret is that I didn't leave for Zoom earlier.
