Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
It's used by our IT department heavily to support many of the other teams and business analysts. We also use it to support our International staff and connect with vendors on weekly meetings instead of having on site meetings. It saves time and resources that we normally would have to spend going to in-person meetings instead of attending a meeting from their desk.
Pros
- Ease of use.
- Ease of scheduling meetings.
- Screen share is easy to do.
Cons
- Take control has issues regaining control.
- Audio doesn't always work well.
- It's helped with supporting our international teams.
- It's helpful during the "stay at home" effort for supporting others.
Cisco responds quickly with my rare issues with webex.
We use it across our IT department regularly. Our business side uses a variety of video conferencing methods depending on the end users and their technical knowledge. We use a variety of video conferencing because of the many different business units.

- Google Hangouts Meet and Zoom
I prefer Webex over any other remote conferencing method. Google Hangouts doesn't have the ease of use that Webex does in that you still have to call into the conference bridge instead of it calling you.
