Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
We are currently using Cisco Webex Meetings for online teaching, all academic staff members are now relying on online teaching especially after the current Covid-19 pandemic. Students are no longer required to visit the Campus except for exams.
We also use Cisco Webex Meetings for executive meetings and conferences since it became really hard for all foreign members to travel more often.

- One to many meeting.
- Session recording.
- Screen sharing.
- Bandwidth usage is high, more investment on video compression would be great.
- Session freezes inside RDP sessions if minimized.
- Cannot share files.
- We received a great deal when we joined the Educational program accordingly we were able to use the software thought-out the whole organization.
- Meetings are now 2 clicks away, a lot of time were saved.
- Remote sessions and screen sharing are really life savers.
- Meeting recording is a great feature, it saved a lot of admin work.

Compared to Cisco Webex, Zoom is an entry level software, it crashed a lot and didn't work well on large meetings.
it doesn't have the same features as Cisco Webex. also Cisco Webex is distributed on more servers globally and this offers high speed meetings with less latency.
And when it comes to privacy, Zoom had many reported concerns recently.
