Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Room Series

We use the Webex Room Series endpoints to enable Video Conferencing from Courts to allow parties to appear from other locations such as people who are in custody in a prison, or witnesses who may be in a remote area. The Room Series endpoints allow us the ability to interface these video requirement in to the other technology used within our courtrooms.

  • Missing functionality compared to older endpoints
  • Social impact of moving people in custody has been reduced
  • Less invasive searches
We have used many of the older range of endpoints from Cisco and Polycom. The Room Series, being newer hardware are much more capable devices and support many newer features.
Well supported by Cisco TAC, and excellent support in the Cisco Communities forums.
Getting better now that you can use them
directly with MSTeams as well as Webex, or on-prem infrastructure.

There’s a range of models which can be used in pretty well any room situation, whether that be a small meeting room, or a large space with multiple cameras.
