Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

ClearSlide allows us to be to first online university to be able to show our prospective student what it might be like to be a student with us. Even before they enroll, with the use of the screen sharing option you know that they are following along and aren't checking their emails or Facebook while you're talking to them. You can show them the details that can be hard to try and explain over the phone. Also being able to know when a prospective student opens an email that you sent in real time is very helpful when you're trying to get a hold of them.

  • I have had student call me back just because they liked that they could see what it would be like to be a student first.
The ability to get instant feedback from prospective students is very valuable and can mean the difference between being able to get them on the phone and just missing out on them to another school.
