Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

Conga Composer enables the Australian office correspondence team to generate letters, financial giving statements, and receipts that are either printed for physical dispatch or to be emailed.
  • Enables us to create fully customizable letter templates
  • Integrates well with Salesforce
  • Simple to use
  • Takes a long while to load the templates.
  • Template merge fields can be a little temperamental at times.
  • Adding merge fields to templates could be made more user friendly.
  • Instead of our Call Centre team needing to relay information to our Correspondence team to send a letter, statement, or receipt, they can now produce these themselves right then and there on the call.
  • Our human resource requirements have been halved due to these templates being more easily accessible and streamlined within Salesforce.
  • Being able to create easily accessible templates with merge field data direct from Salesforce has made our correspondence processes at least 200% more efficient.
It's easy enough to use but the process of adding the merge fields could be further simplified. The time the documents take to load could also be optimized so that our Call Centre Operators can bring up a letter/statement/receipt quicker while on a call with a customer.
It has certainly optimized our team's workflow enabling easy access to letters, giving statements, and receipts from within Salesforce instead of involving multiple personnel and software platforms.

Conga Composer was a good solution to our requirement for producing letter/statements/receipt templates within Salesforce. Although the app takes a while to load the templates, it's been fast enough for our team to generate them while on a call and get them sent via email or printed for postal dispatch. It works well and is relatively simple to use.
