Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

Conga Composer specifically helps you auto-populate your contracts via numerous amounts of IF Clauses that you can set up. This allows you to customize the contract for each client without having to manually edit a Word document.
  • Complex contract drafting.
  • Customizations for your business.
  • UX antiqued.
  • Complex for conga administrators.
  • The steep learning curve on the back end for administrators.
  • Reduced errors in documents.
  • Heavy administration load to implement and maintain.
Conga UX could use some improvements, especially for the administrators. Their Salesforce-managed package can be buggy.
It's helped us draft complex agreements but not without a heavy implementation behind it.

Conga Composer is well suited for businesses with engineering staff to help with the set-up. For smaller-sized businesses, a lighter solution may be better for you. It requires a heavy amount of routine maintenance, which is a factor to consider before selecting Conga.
