Overall Satisfaction with Conga Document Generation (Composer + Collaborate)

We used the Conga Doc Generation to help us within our sales organization for contract customization and creation. Before Conga, we were just using the generic Salesforce contract composer and our documents were very bland and not very appealing to the customer. After implementing Conga, we were able to customize our contracts dynamically and it was a lot better experience for our sales reps and our customers.

They were very comparable, but Conga seamed to be a little bit more flexible with the document generation and look and feel. While PandaDoc was easier to integrate an e-sign component (it was free with PandaDoc, but not with Conga).

Anyone that needs customization of their documents and the ability to do more than just the generic out of the box Salesforce capabilities will enjoy Conga [Document Generation]. The only problem is if there is a high document volume, the pricing didn't scale well for our organization. That was the only drawback.
