Overall Satisfaction with Crownpeak DXP
Crownpeak DXM is used as our content management system. We host our corporate country sites as well as microsites on Crownpeak. Business users and third party content managers use the CMS to create and edit our country sites and microsites.
- Able to easily make edits to content and publish.
- Able to easily understand CMS navigation.
- Scheduled publishing is useful feature.
- Searching for a particular asset is almost unusable, you have to know exact name of the asset you are looking for.
- Pages with many assets or dependencies take a long time to load.
- Set up a way to automatically migrate content - API or automation tools.
- Improved digital experience.
- All corporate sites and microsites are now consistent and access through one system.
Have not used other products like Crownpeak DXM so far.
