Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Sales Center

We use Dialpad Ai Sales Center every day. It makes our job easier as it helps us to keep track of how many people we are reaching out to daily. Also helps to keep a track of what conversation we had with a person at times. As a lead we also use it to track the performance of our team, and measure the work they did in a day.

  • Tracking details of a prospect.
  • Tracking the amount of work done in a day.
  • Sometimes there are lags in the app
  • Can improve integrating from the ATS
  • When we disconnect the call, sometimes there is an issue while connecting the next call. We have to log in again into the app.

One time when I was on a call, I was not able to hear the prospect as the voice was not clear. But then I used the transcript feature of Dialpad and I was able to read and understand what they were trying to say. It's a very useful feature of Dialpad.
