Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

We work from abroad, so we use dialpad to work on the US market. It's really convenient because you can have a number in any area of US. The quality of calls is amazing, you can record the calls. AI transcript and other facilities. Also, it can be used on the PC and phone easily.

  • Without Dialpad, we would not be able to communicate with the people and companies from USA

I'm pleased with Dialpad AI. I don't like that calls come with a delay on the phone. So I can only receive the notification after the caller hung up the phone. So I have to call them back. Wifi or 4G is on all the times.
