Overall Satisfaction with DISCO
DISCO is being used by our entire team across multiple projects. We use it whenever we have discovery that we need to manage in-house. It is a flexible and versatile program and entirely cost-effective. The ease of use alone makes a huge difference in cost savings - the interface is so intuitive and powerful that users can quickly and easily accomplish their tasks, saving time and therefore money.
- Managing document review is a strength. Tagging and sorting documents is a breeze.
- Pulling documents together for trial and deposition exhibits is also easy and intuitive.
- Producing documents to opposing counsel is easy and customer service always responds promptly to requests for assistance.
- The search and filter functions could be just a little more intuitive/"Google"-like. They're miles and miles ahead of other vendors on this point, but it's an area for continued improvement.
- We have saved money for clients just by the ease of use saving so much time. Document review goes faster which means fewer hours billed to clients.
- We have also had a positive impact on efficiency and morale. No one likes doc review, but it's so much more tolerable with a well-designed platform like DISCO.

I am not privy to costs decisions at my firm, but I am certain that the fast, user-friendly features of DISCO make a big difference in terms of saving time spent on ediscovery. I have spent too many hours waiting for legacy document review platforms to slowly load the next document (and crash before doing so). DISCO is fast and reliable.
The speed of searching and viewing documents is markedly improved over legacy document review platforms. The ease of uploading, reviewing and producing documents makes it much easier to find and identify key documents, as well as to come back to them later during the litigation process. DISCO is simply miles ahead of the competition.
DISCO's data operations team is superlative and highly responsive, particularly in comparison to experiences with other legacy document review platforms I've used. DISCO also provides transparent, effective support for project management. I have not had experience using DISCO for managed review or forensics, but if the need arose, I would turn to DISCO first.
I have used other "legacy" document review platforms such as Relativity and Concordance, and there is simply no comparison between them and DISCO. DISCO is faster, leaner, more efficient, more powerful, more flexible, and more user-friendly, by miles and miles. My firm chooses DISCO whenever possible to manage document review and production.
