Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

We are using Druva Phoenix for offsite backup for all systems. It is important to us to have all of our data offsite that Druva has helped with that. We are planning on implementing a DR solution based on this as well.
  • Easy to setup
  • Low cost solution
  • Stores data in AWS
  • Restore to cloud could be improved some, it took a while to get it working.
  • The ROI has been good, it is much better then some of other options out there.
  • The pricing includes the cloud cost which helps reduce a variable cost.
Price was one of but biggest reasons we chose Druva, it was very competitive against other solutions.
It is a good, low-cost offsite backup solution if you don't need to keep a local backup as well.

Support has been very responsive. Often they have to escalate to engineering and that takes a little longer.
