Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

We use Emplifi as we embark on a new journey from traditional media to the digital space. The product helped us grow our presence on social media. We also get to check how our competitors work, and the things that we should do to improve ourselves.

I remember having an issue with missing data on certain dates. It was frustrating because I need those data for regular reporting to our bosses. Thankfully, the chat and support function could easily be used. The staff that I was able to talk to explained that there may be issues with our account and it will be handled and fixed accordingly.
