Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software
EMS is being used campus-wide and is now going system-wide. It makes it possible for multiple departments to see what is happening in a room.
Pros
- Blocks meeting/event space so double bookings don't occur.
- Provides current setup information to custodial services.
- Provides accurate reservation time and location to catering
- Makes it possible for multiple users to control departmental conference rooms.
- Simplifies the process of creating a duplicate event on another date.
Cons
- Show "special dates" on any view that contains one of the selected buildings.
- Offer web training sessions for different levels of user. And if they exist make them easy to find.
- Makes it easier for smaller departments to process more bookings without adding more staff
