Overall Satisfaction with ETO by Social Solutions
It is used by the whole organization. We are using in to manage all of our ministries and population
- Easy creation of touch points for tracking the population
- Simple reporting tasks
- Tracking of demographic information
- Advance reporting capabilities or advance query options
- Speed of use - sometime the response time is very slow
- Easier navigation
- We are still building up the tool and as of yet have not seen significant gains in the area of return on investment
We are currently only using the core ETO system functionality.
