I have found that system disruptions are rare and find that the communication from Bonterra Development + Digital in those instances to be informative and timely. I can only recall the system being down one or two times in the 8 plus years I have used Bonterra Development + Digital.

There have been unplanned outages and issues with EveryAction, which will happen with any customer relationship management software, but the folks on the other end of the customer support help line have always been helpful and we will usually get a popup on the application if they are actively working to fix an issue.

On the whole, EveryAction has been very responsive. When we have had errors, they usually respond within a few days, and there have not been outages that I can recall. When they need to take the system down for maintenance, they always give plenty of notice.

No one likes it when the system goes down and prevents you from doing your work. That being said, EveryAction has kept these instances to a minimum and they have only been a minor impediment to my work.

I have never had EveryAction be down when I need it. I sometimes work in the middle of the night, at odd times, or even on the weekends. It always works quickly and efficiently whenever I need it.

EveryAction needs to overhaul it's payment system with it's Clients. We are not able to pre-pay, and whenever our payment is due, a very alarming popup happens for every user at the org and I get bombarded with messages about it and it slows down my ability to do my job immensely. We generally like to pay our bills/subscriptions early, and the inability to do this, coupled with how they handle notifications, has been an actual nightmare. Please fix this.

At most times, EveryAction has been available for us when we need to troubleshoot things that are happening in the system. There has been some questions we have posed that took a while to receive an response, but not many. We receive all maintenance emails.

I have not seen any outages for EveryAction that has affected my work since we began using the system. It's a great platform and I haven't run into any errors or bugs that kept me from doing what I need to on a daily basis. Scheduled maintenance is announced ahead of time and typically done off typical working hours.

So far, there haven't been any outages, planned or unplanned, since I started using the program. I haven't needed to contact support with them for anything once I got the hang of the system.
