Overall Satisfaction with Exenta HRMS

This software has improved our logs for the workforce, to keep a better track of the performance and stability of it, it has also helped to manage other instances of our day to day operations for the HR team.In my specific case, I mostly use it to keep a record of the people assigned to me.

In my honest opinion, they perform almost equally, but in general, I would dare to say that Exentia is easier to use. Price wise, the
difference is not so great and it can take some internal opinions to
decide which one could be best suited for your company.In this scenario, I always suggest having at least half of the future users share opinions.

For general use, this software will greatly help to manage large teams. HR teams will have a more accurate and fastest way to maintain payroll notification for the workforce.Performance tracking really takes the prize. In my experience, it has been the easier tool to use so far, and really helps to keep track of the entire team and help them if issues arise.
