Overall Satisfaction with Fieldwire
We used Fieldwire to manage long-term projects. We found the need to find project management software to help us better organize and deploy our projects and share project information and timelines with our field techs and engineering teams. This software was deployed in place to close gaps and improve productivity.
- Excellent documentation and sharing of data.
- Easily used by field techs and provides two-way communication.
- Easily able to revise drawings in the field.
- The software can freeze sometimes.
- The mobile app does not work well when you have low cell service.
- No option to export old versions of prints.

Fieldwire for sure has better mobile usage, however, Smartsheet has better organization and charts. Ideally using both software together would help us achieve our goals and what we needed but the cost to run both software will cost you more than what other larger project management software competitors would charge for the same service.
