Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
We use FloQast for the month close checklist and account reconciliations as well as fluctuation analysis. FloQast integrates easily with our ERP and allows us to have our reconciliations kept in Excel and easily organized. The user interface is easy to use and clearly documents the preparer and reviewers for our monthly close task.
- Easy integration with NetSuite.
- Reconciliations easy managed in Excel and Box folders.
- Great customer support team.
- Would love more integration to push transactions to NetSuite.
- FloQast Remind feature has not been as useful for us.
- Have not used bank rec functionality as bank transactions have to be manually imported.
- Improved visibility for month close.
- Better team collaboration.
- Improved documentation for reconciliations.
FloQast has been a great tool for account reconciliations and checklists. FloQast Remind has some great features but has not been able to get great vendor responses as vendors don't always trust system emails. We have not used FloQast Ops.
Reconciliations and sign-offs are clearly documented and easy to pull for audit support. Balances from NetSuite are easily refreshed and notify us if a balance has changed since being reconciled.
BlackLine has a lot of robust features, such as being able to push transactions into NetSuite as well as import bank transactions and NetSuite transactions for bank reconciliation matching. FloQast does not currently push any transactions to NetSuite. FloQast is way more user-friendly and allows reconciliations to be kept native to Excel rather than input into the clunky and often frustrating interface of BlackLine.
