Overall Satisfaction with Freelancer.com
Worst ever experience. They took my $300 and closed my account for no reason. I tried to contact support and received auto generated replies. Not even a single person there to reply. I requested many times that they please transfer my funds in my account to my bank account. Every time they said that I violated their terms but never told me which one, and never talked about sending my money back to my bank account.
- Freelancer.com was my only source of income as I am a full time freelancer.
- I have lost time and money because of Freelancer.com.
