Google forms is used by my organization for internal information tracking and survey taking. It is used from a project based standpoint as well as
fast internal information collection. It is an easy way to quickly develop a survey/data collection form and brand it with internal company colors/themes. Compilation of information and data analysis is easy and quick.

When submitting information to cross-department teams, Google Forms are used.
When submitting information to management team, Google Forms are used to track and store employee information.

Cons

Google forms could improve by allowing for more integrations with other data analytics tools when analyzing larger populations.
