Overall Satisfaction with Handshake Talent Engagement Suite

We used Handshake Talent Engagement Suite in the past to register for career fairs, post our internship opportunities, and message students. We needed a tool that could help us elevate our brand on campus and target students more effectively which were the big reasons why we decided to upgrade, in addition to getting data and insights on how we were resonating with students.

Cons

  • There are only a couple of fields on the company profile that are dynamic (customizable) for students
  • Automation of job postings to certain schools with SuccessFactors
  • Better brand recognition on campus
  • Targeted messaging to students that may not know about our internship opportunities
  • DEI data and focus
I was able to call Premium Support and was able to chat with someone right away. Our CSM rep has been incredible. She provides helpful information and helps us troubleshoot, but she also has gone the extra mile in ensuring we are comfortable with the platform with 1:1 training and providing information that may be specific to us as a company.
