Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I actually use HirePro Video Interview to prepare people for interviews. I teach resume writing and interview skills and thought this might be a great platform to use for people to practice their interview skills since so many jobs have converted to conducting online interview skills instead of in-person now.

Pros and Cons

Evaluate candidates on their skills in an unbiased manner.
Candidates can record their answers so they can review them later.
More flexibility with scheduling interviews.

Assessing personality more accurately in candidates.
Some of the questions are too simple.
Time constraints sometimes.

It's well suited for both one on one interviews as well as group interviews. Also, for people that need the added flexibility of being able to schedule an interview. It is less appropriate for people who may lack internet access or computer access and therefore, could be eliminated those types of applicants that may be extremely well suited for the job, but lack the resources to do an online interview.
