Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We use Human Interest for our company's 401(k).
- Onboarding was relatively simple.
- The employer portal is user friendly.
- Integration with payroll processing platforms is a nice time-saver.
- Following up / resolving issues is nearly non-existent.
- Lack of communication on the part of Human Interest.
- Customer service leaves much to be desired.
- We are able to offer a more generous plan than is common in our industry which is a nice benefit to advertise to potential new employees.
- Integration features help save time for the employer.
