Overall Satisfaction with IBM Blueworks Live

We have worked on a insurance project for US based Property insurer with designing news system for policy and claim processing. IBM Blueworks is used in our project to enhance the customer experience while interacting with the customer support of company for any support or enquiries. It is also used for claimcenter system and underwriting management system to help in improving overall efficiency of the claims and policy processing.
  • IBM Blueworks Helps claim intake or assesment by allowing process models using bpmn.
  • It helps by advising on process automation scope in the available processes
  • It provides guidance to remove any bottlenecks from processes
  • IBM Blueworks Can be improved in integration areas to support more erp and crm tools
  • It can be provided with AI capability for more advanced features
  • It helped us in finding bottlenecks in our process flows
  • Total customer satisfaction improved during inquries and support
  • Helped in automating several complex but routine tasks
IBM Blueworks feature of single repository is must to have during current business model.
It helped the insurance business by accessing policy , claim or any other documentation from any place in just no time. This also helps in change management of documentation and version control during different underwriters or agents/brokers or claim adjusters staff works at the same time.
In Insurance businesses differnet types of stakeholders needs communication almost all the time during working on any policy lifecycle or claim lifecycle. Lets say broker needs to collborate several time a day with underwriting or customer reps staff. IBM Blueworks Live has provided our business with great strength by helping and desinging the process of collaboration and provided really time saving approach
We wanted to improve our several processes in our property insurance business by adopting IBM blueworks. We wanted to automate some processes and needed to design new processes to collaborate between different stakeholders. Also needed some integration between policy and claim systems . After using IBM Blueworks We will it has really been helping hand in all the expectations that we had .

We have not used any other IBM tools for our insurance client.
Although we have used the following syestems for our client.
Document management system from SharePoint
and Salesforce and microsoft dnynics 365 for customer relationship management needs
Guidewire policy admin system Policy center
Guidewire Claim center for claim processing

If i talk about my experience in insurance projects then i will say IBM Blueworks Is best suited for claims and underwriting systems as it best suited in that areas.
If talk about less appropriate areas then it is not that much great in Policy administration system processing for customers or agents.
