We have been able to synchronize all our planning events and across all departments for the purpose of performance improvement.

I have not worked with similar products though this is the most powerful process continuous integration tool that is very effective in my experience. Planning and collaboration in our organization have led to faster implementation of plans and faster service delivery to our potential customers. Cloud data storage services are very useful in the management of our databases and information security.

The overall support of IBM has been very effective throughout the deployment journey. They have always been available 24/7 giving our implementation team the best support they require. They give video links that have the best lessons on effective requirements and full implementation processes. I can say that this is the best customer support team I have come across since we deployed this platform.

Usability

The overall usability has been good from the time we purchased it. It has enabled our teams to build a reliable future through planning. It has supported all the data volumes that we depend on and given enough security to our cloud servers. It has been simple to integrate this product with other reliable ERPs that we depend on to run our programs.

I can totally recommend this platform to any growing business enterprise. It gives effective accountability of financial management that is used to budget for all programs. It has been able to break down our business units into smaller manageable silos that promote faster service delivery and improve task implementation processes. Prediction of future performance enables us to make great achievable plans and avoid any risks.
