Overall Satisfaction with IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson

IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson is a very user-friendly and solid platform that offers a great user-friendly UI, it's cloud-based and enables us to manage all our corporate devices including all the iPads are managed pretty seamlessly. It's easy to install and update while content management is perfect and increases mobile security and threat management while also providing excellent information about devices and security measures.

Pros

  • Highly secured. Increases security on all our organization devices including iPads.
  • Watson integration is great.
  • The UI is great and very user friendly while also the dashboard are pretty easy to use by anyone.
  • Ability to control mobile devices in various platforms.

Cons

  • Improve the online documentation.
  • Refresh data should not be limited to only 3 and each refresh after 24 hours.
  • Offers top-notch security for both mobile and desktop devices.
  • The security controls implementation in mobile devices is much accurate and precise.
  • Protect our organization info by locking down lost and stolen devices.
Seamless Integrations with Watson improve the security of our devices and makes this tool one of the best mobile security solutions.
The implementation and deployment were very smooth and successful. Offers a large number of options that we apply to our devices easily.

This tool from IBM is one of the best security tools for all our devices. It's pretty easy to use and manage all our devices in one tool, adding up security also we are able to keep our organization's information secure even when a device is lost we are able to lock it.

I would definitely recommend this tool because it's been fantastic, and easy to use UI is easy to customize, and navigate through the portal, and switch between portals easily. It makes the management of multiple devices in my organization a breeze by offering security features that increase security against any cybercrime and threats hence we operate smoothly.
