Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

I used Indeed Sponsored Jobs to attract more attention to the openings I have. It allows me to reach a wide audience and increase my application rate. I find sponsoring a job, rather than just organic reach, improves my outcomes.

Pros

  • Working directly with staff, rather than bots.
  • Staff checks in with me regularly.
  • Easy to complete job ads/descriptions.

Cons

  • Sponsored ads do not have the functionality to search resumes. I miss this function.
  • The ability to drive individuals directly to my website.
  • Weekly report emailed about interest in positions.
  • It allows my jobs to be seen by a wider audience.
  • Indeed Sponsored Jobs are the display ads of the past. It is a must.
I provided it a 9, as there is always room for improvement.
State wide listing which I used for upper level openings.

I used Indeed Sponsored ads for all my job openings, but it is better suited for the non-executive positions. I find my job ads for Director, Attorney, or similar level, do not do well. I think that everyone should post their jobs on Indeed. It is were 90% of my applications are generated from.
