Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

Infosec IQ training for Staff and Faculty achieved enhanced basic concepts needed for every user on the network with phishing and current threats. This was achieved with simple common sense Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for responding to threats on the network and mitigation techniques that could be used for all users connecting to the University's network.

Cons

  • Format of communications little bland incorporate better html templates
  • App for small devices phones tablets users can use
  • Integrate with M365 for phish reporting tool so can use both Infosec IQ tool while updating Microsoft Filter with user-submitted data.

Employee training well-suited suite. But again reporting tool falls short with its integration with the M365 reporting tools that need to integrate with each other.
