  • Flexibility in program design. Generally, if our marketing team can think of it, I can find a way to make it happen through Infusionsoft.
  • Reports that tie to actual business results. Their reporting will keep you focused on the bottom line, not generating statistics about the marketing programs themselves.
  • Scalable. Great for small businesses that are ready to do more than solutions such as Constant Contact or AWeber offer.
  • Support. There is a decent online forum, ongoing free webinar training where they usually address specific needs, and I've had solid experience with their online chat assistance.
  • Ramp up. It's kinda got its own way of doing things, so it takes a learning curve to get competent and then savvy.
  • Servers. It's getting better, but often the server processing can slow down my production, particularly when importing or adding tags to many contacts at once.
  • With Infusionsoft, we have been able to put together solid CRM programs for our small business clients. They are now able to keep in touch with their customers like the big guys do, and the relevant content delivery has resulted in increased sales.
  • The flexibility has led to more creative thinking about what can be done. We've designed many successful page-specific lead-generating campaigns on and off website.
It is well worth the price. We had such success in implementing it for our clients, that we had to start using it for our own company.
Infusionsoft is a flexible CRM system that can directly impact your bottom line. The marketing programs you put together will help small businesses act like big ones. It would be helpful to know; current contact list size, marketing budget, revenue source (are they selling online, offline, or both), desired goals, number of hours per month to spend on CRM, savviness of implementing HTML code.
