Overall Satisfaction

  • The drag-and-drop campaign builder makes it easy for us (and our clients) to create and manage complex, multi-step marketing campaigns. This is collaborative work that needs frequent updating and revision. The visual format makes it easy for us to explain to our clients what each part does and how to modify it when needed. This saves us a lot of work.
  • We like the Marketing Pipeline visualization. This is key to prioritizing sales and marketing tasks.
  • We like the dashboard, which shows latest activity at a glance. We can see the performance of our latest broadcasts, or quickly refer to the last 7-30 days of activity.
  • We like the lead scoring feature, which is fully customizable.
  • We wish the visual campaign builder worked on iPad!
  • Many of the instructions assume a PC, while many marketing professionals use Mac.
  • Our business has increased 100% in the last two years, much of that increase can be attributed to opportunities and efficiencies gained from using Infusionsoft correctly.
  • Infusionsoft allows us to automate and implement many profitable programs we didn't have time for - like a referral program and a recapture campaign.
  • Infusionsoft helps us serve our customers better. We can offer more and better services because we're not spending as much time on our own marketing.
We like many of the features of PRWeb (Vocus, now, I believe) and Leadmaster, but both of those competitors are missing key features we can't live without. If we had lots of salespeople with complex commission arrangements we'd have to look at Salesforce, but for now we find that it's far more complex and expensive than we need. Infusionsoft has everything for a small business in an easier to use and implement package. The support is also phenomenal.
A list of interested prospects and satisfied current and past customers is the most important asset your business can have for long-term success.
