Overall Satisfaction with InsideSales.com Predictive Playbooks
It is currently being used by our inbound sales department and will eventually be used by all sales departments across Groupon. It is used as a power dialer as well as a tool to organize and work through leads.

- Pre-recorded voicemails and easy to use email templates
- Organizes leads so you can work through them efficiently
- The only thing I have trouble with is sometimes a lead won't come out of my name even if I completed all the tasks, so it looks like I have much more tasks to be completed than I actually do.
- It has made me much more productive as a sales rep.
This is the best one of these tools I have used.
