Overall Satisfaction with InsideSales.com Predictive Playbooks

Playbooks is being used by our entire company as a way to help us get organized. It helps prioritize leads and schedule them out as our day progresses. It also assist us on how we connect with these new accounts.
  • It helps cut out all the middle work. For example: leaving voicemails, using reports to track progress and sending out general emails.
  • It organizes your day for you with scheduled reminders and tasks
  • It links up with any other software we use. Makes updating data sufficient.
  • Sometimes it holds accounts in your name for way to long.
  • It has you log in every day to the other tools we utilize. I wish it would just sync.

Besides the small tweaks mentioned before, the browser extension is nice. It allows us to work in one window at a time.
For businesses that work on following up with leads it is an ideal tool. For a cold calling businesses this may not be the best tool.
