- It helps cut out all the middle work. For example: leaving voicemails, using reports to track progress and sending out general emails.

- It links up with any other software we use. Makes updating data sufficient.
- Sometimes it holds accounts in your name for way to long.
- It has you log in every day to the other tools we utilize. I wish it would just sync.
