Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is currently used by both our sales and support staff, as well as the supervisors and management team. It assists with keeping track of all communications, and ensures accountability throughout each department.
  • It ensures accountability by tracking tasks, projects and notes all within one program.
  • Very easy to navigate and utilize.
  • The Apple application seems to freeze sporadically, and it doesn't always sync tasks.
  • Improved efficiency
Since we started using Insightly, I believe that we have achieved our goal of improving efficiency. Prior to this program, there was a struggle in keeping tasks, interactions and communications all in one area. The ability to hold end users acountable to their actions in Insightly is also very key.
