Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Centralized ERP used primarily for accounting and financial reporting.
  • Document storage
  • Accounts payable
  • Use of dimensions to customize data collection
  • Intacct network is very reliable
  • Security should be enhanced to allow more extensive customization between users or user groups
  • Accounts payable approval for remote users requires using Purchase Requisition. This should not be required for purchases already made.
  • Reporting and custom reports take a while to learn
  • Efficiency in Accounting
  • Better service to internal customers
Intacct is great for straight forward business applications. It has many third party applications that can be implemented to supplement its core offering.
