Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

We use Intacct to manage two separate entities with different currencies. We are able to report financials at a very detailed level and analyze business units at a granular level.

Pros

  • Automate processes.
  • Summarize large quantities of data quickly.
  • Visually report on data within the system.

Cons

  • The reporting tool is hard to use but a new tool is coming.
  • We've been able to provide monthly financials quickly and with ability to update and report in real time.
  • Blackbaud
Blackbaud is antiquated and not innovative. Intacct is constantly changing and improving.
Intacct is very well suited for a multi-dimensional client who is looking for multiple ways to analyze information.
