Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn

iSpring learn is super user-friendly and has been super easy for onboarding employees to use. The primary purpose of iSpring for my company is new employee onboarding training. The module course format has made our training process easier for onboarding employees. We recently looked into switching to another LMS format, and we decided to stick with ISpring as it is easy to use when it comes to creating learning tracks and has more value for the price. We were quoted almost double at another company for similar features.

Over the years, support has dramatically improved. Support reps are friendly and have been available when needed. I usually don't need much support regarding the portal as I have been using it for around three years and have gotten similar with the system, but when I do our account manager has been great.

iSpring has made it easy to implement new onboard training seamlessly and helped with training engagement and retention. The course format has made new employees grasp content as the user side is strongly supported for ease of use. Content creation and integration have been very easy on the administrator side, allowing our company to update and adjust content with limited timeframes quickly.
