Use Cases and Deployment Scope

iSpring Learn is our corporate LMS. We use it to build, deliver, and track learning throughout the company. Our solution set is broad and technical, so having a way to build and deliver learning quickly and effectively is critical to ensure sales growth and onboarding. We have over 200 users across the company and hundreds of learning modules, courses, and learning tracks.

Pros and Cons

Gamification is native and easy to implement
Organizing learning content and courses
Customer service is top notch

User administration is a little tricky
There is no way to make batch changes to courses
There's no sandbox

With the help of iSpring, we have improved our ROI on new hires by 27%
We've been able to implement a Continuous Education program that sees over 450 course completions in a quarter.

Support Rating

Every time that I've needed support, iSpring was readily available to help me through the issue from minor administrative to highly technical. Further, the how-to and community forums are excellent self-help resources that I've used extensively. I could not be more pleased with the speed and competency of any assistance I have needed.

iSpring is an excellent tool to manage and deliver eLearning. For L&D Managers looking to expand their offerings and implementation, it's a great solution. We also use iSpring Authoring Tools which is a separate paid subscription, but the functionality and ease of use is incredible.

For companies with over 500 employees, I would imagine that management of the platform can be particularly challenging.
