Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn
We use iSpring for new employee training/education and employees being promoted or moving to new areas. We only use for in house courses that we create and manage. We are a global organization.
- Easy to setup a new user and enroll in courses
- Cloud based and easy to access and use
- We have hardly any need to support - meaning works well
- I am not sure I fully understand the entire product suite
- Maybe a more continuous relationship with an account manager
- Positive - standardized training with little need for help
