We use Jahia as a CMS to feed the different pages of our website.We also use it to integrate contributable content into business applications, so that we can enrich them without having to upgrade them.

Easy to contribute and update content
Support team that listens and gives good advice

UI experience could be improved (colors, contrast, general ergonomics...)
The technical errors lack the detail needed to fully understand certain crashes.
It is sometimes difficult to find documentation on specific points.
