Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro
Jamf has been used for a lot of years within our company. Jamf allows us to manage our Mac devices in a very streamlined way and allows us to deploy them with a unique user experience.
Jamf made it easy for us to adjust and adopt new functions of any new macOS release as well as a very important zero-day support for new OS releases.

- Zero Touch enrollment and the created user experience with it.
- MDM Mobile Device management has been implemented well with Jamf.
- With Jamf you are able to combine profiles, scripts and packages together to create a strong and from company to company different environment.
- Not all new features from Apple are implemented as fast as you sometimes wish
- A better OS specific update mechanism
- As we are a Microsoft focused company the total costs for Mac management in relation to Windows are higher regards licensing.
- Good and very responsive customer support.
Jamf is Apple focused management.
